Position: Post-Acute Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)
Location: Lewiston, ID
Job Type: Full-time
An established post-acute care program is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing team in Lewiston, Idaho. This opportunity offers a collaborative practice environment, manageable patient volumes, and excellent work-life balance with strong clinical support.
- 36 patient care hours per week
- Shared call schedule among a team of 4 providers
- Average daily patient volume of 15–20 patients
- Strong clinical and administrative support in a hospital-employed practice
- Opportunity to provide comprehensive post-acute care in a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience in post-acute, inpatient, hospital medicine, or internal medicine preferred
- Active Idaho license or ability to obtain one
- Unrestricted DEA registration or ability to obtain one
