Seeking a full-time BC/BE OBGYN to join growing team in Rolla, Missouri. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, well-established practice offering competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a supportive work environment.
Position Highlights:
- Compensation: Competitive base salary with RVU bonus structure and quarterly payouts.
- Schedule: Flexible 4-day workweek with optional 5th day to accelerate patient volume. Includes OR time and shared call rotation.
- Patient Care: Manage a mix of clinic visits, procedures, and deliveries in a well-supported environment.
- Practice Location: Main campus in Rolla, MO, with no cross-facility coverage.
- Procedures: Bread-and-butter OBGYN services.
