Position: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
Location: Sylva, NC
Job Type: Full-time
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join and grow established Neonatology service line. This is a unique opportunity to provide inpatient care in a supportive environment alongside a seasoned neonatologist and pediatric team. Experienced candidates are preferred, though strong new graduates will be considered.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Inpatient-only role, Monday through Friday schedule
- Shared call responsibilities with a collaborative care team
- Average census: 4 newborns in the Level II Nursery and 4 in Labor & Delivery/Mother-Baby Unit
- Work alongside experienced neonatologist and full-service pediatric group
- Common procedures: UAC/UVC, LP, Intubation, Arterial line, Chest tube, Circumcision, and more
- Advanced support team including IBCLCs, pediatric speech and physical therapists, and NPS-certified respiratory therapists

Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
