Position: Medical Director – PM&R
Location: St. Joseph, MO
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Independent Contractor
An established rehabilitation program in northwest Missouri is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Physiatrist to serve as Medical Director for an 18-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. This is a flexible, rewarding opportunity to lead a dedicated care team and make a meaningful impact in a growing community just 50 miles north of Kansas City.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for an 18-bed acute rehabilitation unit
• Collaborate with the Program Director and interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Flexible scheduling – part-time role with independent contractor status

Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Eligible for Missouri medical license and DEA certification
• Prior leadership or inpatient rehab experience preferred but not required
