Position: Medical Director (PM&R)

A leading inpatient rehabilitation hospital in the Jackson metro area is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Physiatrist to serve as Medical Director. This leadership role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape patient outcomes in a collaborative and well-supported environment.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight in alignment with CMS and Joint Commission standards
• Collaborate with the CEO and interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and operational performance
• Participate in program development, quality improvement, and staff education initiatives
• Flexible independent contractor structure with administrative support and scheduling autonomy
• Partner with an experienced rehabilitation and compliance team within a nationally recognized network

Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure and DEA certification
• Prior leadership or medical directorship experience preferred
