Seeking a Medical Director to lead inpatient rehabilitation unit in Pocatello, Idaho. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity for a physician with experience or interest in rehabilitation services. The role involves leadership, oversight, and collaboration with a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients recovering from illness or injury.

Position Highlights:

• Minimum 20 hours/week with flexibility to fit your schedule
• Oversee clinical direction of a 9-bed acute rehab unit offering physical, occupational, and speech therapies
• Collaborate closely with the Program Director and clinical team to maintain high standards of care
• Ensure compliance with CMS, The Joint Commission, and facility policies
• Independent contractor status with the opportunity to maintain a separate clinical practice

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with eligibility for Idaho medical licensure
• Board certification in PM&R, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty
• Experience or interest in inpatient rehabilitation required
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
