Position: Family Medicine Physician
Location: Watertown, WI
Job Type: Full-time
An established primary care practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its growing team in Watertown, Wisconsin. This opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance, a four-day work week, and the ability to practice autonomously within a supportive hospital-employed environment.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Comfortable practicing independently in an outpatient setting
- Active Wisconsin medical license or ability to obtain one
- Unrestricted DEA registration or ability to obtain one
