Position: OBGYN Physician

An established regional hospital in western North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible OBGYN Physician to join a thriving women’s health team. This hospital-employed opportunity offers strong clinical support, modern technology, and an ideal work-life balance in a beautiful mountain setting less than one hour west of Asheville.
• Join a well-established practice with 3 OBGYN physicians and 5 Certified Nurse Midwives
• 1:4 call schedule with CNMs taking first call during the week; physicians cover weekends
• Average of 650 deliveries per year
• Level II Nursery with Neonatologist onsite and established MFM referral patterns
• Dedicated OR on the L&D unit equipped with Stryker 4K Video Towers, Myosure Suite, and Novasure Endometrial Ablation Unit
• da Vinci Surgical Robot anticipated in 2026
• Clinic located directly across from the hospital with 3-D ultrasound and point-of-care testing
• Satellite clinic coverage in Bryson City and Franklin, plus monthly Health Department clinic
• NHSC-approved site serving a diverse rural population

Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
• Eligible for North Carolina medical license and DEA certification
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
