Position: Medical Director – Inpatient Rehabilitation
Location: Pocatello, ID
Job Type: Full-time
Seeking a Medical Director to lead inpatient rehabilitation unit in Pocatello, Idaho. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity for a physician with experience or interest in rehabilitation services. The role involves leadership, oversight, and collaboration with a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients recovering from illness or injury.
Position Highlights:
- Minimum 20 hours/week with flexibility to fit your schedule
- Oversee clinical direction of a 9-bed acute rehab unit offering physical, occupational, and speech therapies
- Collaborate closely with the Program Director and clinical team to maintain high standards of care
- Ensure compliance with CMS, The Joint Commission, and facility policies
- Independent contractor status with the opportunity to maintain a separate clinical practice

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with eligibility for Idaho medical licensure
- Board certification in PM&R, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty
- Experience or interest in inpatient rehabilitation required
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
