Position: PM&R Program Director
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a board-certified PM&R physician with a minimum of 3 years of educational and administrative experience, including at least 3 years in GME administration. The ideal candidate should be willing to combine administrative and teaching responsibilities, possess strong team-building skills, and have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and shape the residency program with the ability to recruit core faculty.
- Combine administrative leadership with teaching duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recent scholarly activity, such as publications, research, or participation in national committees, is highly encouraged.
