Position: Family Medicine Residency Program Director
Location: Johnstown, Pennsylvania

An established teaching hospital in western Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine physician to serve as Program Director for a well-regarded Family Medicine Residency Program. This leadership opportunity offers a balanced role combining clinical practice, resident education, and administrative leadership within a collaborative academic environment.
• Lead an established, resident-centered Family Medicine Residency Program
• Balanced role with approximately 1/3 clinical care, 1/3 teaching/precepting, and 1/3 administrative leadership
• Supportive educational environment with daily conferences and highly engaged residents
• Inpatient service approximately 1:6 weeks with manageable call and strong resident support
• Opportunities to expand program growth through new medical school affiliations and leadership development resources

Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical license and DEA certification
• Previous residency teaching or leadership experience preferred
• Interest in academic medicine and resident mentorship
