A growing pediatric practice in northwest Alabama is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatrician to join a well-supported, high-demand clinical environment. This employed opportunity offers flexible scheduling, shared call, strong APP support, and the ability to grow a busy outpatient practice with access to Level III nursery services and a full pediatric floor.
• Flexible schedule options: 4-day or 5-day clinic week
• Shared call rotation with weekend call split and post-call day off
• Average 20–30 patients per day with efficient support for sick and well visits
• Hospital coverage includes Level III special care nursery, pediatric floor rounds, and high-risk deliveries
• Strong team support including NPs, RNs/LPNs, in-house lab, and X-ray services

Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency
• Eligible for Alabama medical license and DEA certification
